My name is Jacopo Deidda Gagliardo and I am a Business Coach for startup: my goal is to develop the business in a successful way.

Since 2011, I have worked with more than 100 entrepreneurs in Italy, Spain, and England on developing their companies and enhancing their performances.

I love carrying out different kinds of projects (among others, writing books, hosting radio programs, giving speeches). That is why I have decided to create this website: a set of personal experiences meant to be shared with you and whoever will visit it, hoping it can serve as positive reinforcement

As Business Coach, my goal is to help start-ups and SMEs grow by discovering new talents and enhancing traditional excellence.

I accompany start-ups as they grow, from their initial plan to their investment processes, including the go-to-market strategy. I am one of Climate-KIC’s Coaches, a EU cleantech accelerator.

I help SMEs achieve their business objectives by adopting an effective goal-oriented strategy, which is based on the analysis of organizational, economic and financial performance indicators
