Business Coaching for
Business Development
A business coach’s goal is to ensure long-term value creation for organizations, starting from the clients, the market and the network.
Business development consists of a series of different activities, such as business strategy, performance, investments, research, growth and innovation.
For this reason, starting from objective indicators, I work together with people and organizations to create a path that will ultimately lead to the achievement of growth and improvement objectives, and thus to the creation of virtuous circles of innovation.
In short, I offer my clients the guidance they need while undertaking this journey, as their coach for a time-limited period.
According to their needs, the outputs might be different:

Business Plan & Pitch
Two documents with a twofold purpose: on the one hand, covering performance planning; on the other, presenting investments plans and access to bank credit to stakeholders. I usually work with both start-ups and companies.
Testing and validation path
Following the strategy “maximum performance at a minimum expense”, I help start-ups during the stages of discovery, validation and testing of their business idea. Likewise, I guide companies while testing new strategies, entering new markets, and implementing new technologies or innovations.
Due Diligence
I collect and verify patrimonial, financial, economic, fiscal and legal data in order to get a detailed and accurate picture of a given situation. The main goal is to determine whether the actual feasibility conditions for an investment are met or not.
Performance Plan
Forecast documents such as performance plans help SMEs in programming short-, middle- and long-term individual and organizational performance. I carry out the task by continuously implementing planning, monitoring and evaluation cycles.
Management Control System
The goal is to enable start-ups and companies to enhance their economic and financial performances. Besides all the traditional methods used by Chartered Accountants, tools such as cash flow, break-even point, and cash burn rate are fundamental parts of my innovative methodology.
Training
I create and implement different training projects: traditional ones, based on subjects such as business creation, business development and sales channels, and innovative ones like simulations and business games. I train businessmen, teams of SMEs, start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs.”
