I was born in 1987 in Cagliari (Sardinia), where I still live, but being a good islander, I always have my suitcases packed. I studied in Modena, where in 2011 I achieved my Master’s Degree in General Management with a thesis on SMEs and start-ups’ successful strategies (at that time, they were still a pipe dream).

From that moment on, being a young freelancer in a complicated Belpaese, I started to work and specialized in business development for start-ups and companies, and in performance analysis for Public Administrations. Currently, I am dealing with leadership evaluation in Municipalities.

Throughout the years, I have gained a lot of experience and new clients, attended numerous meetings, and received positive and (luckily!) negative feedbacks. I enjoy what I do and I hope to pass on my enthusiasm to clients, partners and vendors.

Over time, I have come to realize that I am particularly good at helping people create innovation. For that reason, my ultimate goal is to pursue the growth of complex organizations by applying an objective and practical methodology.

I love the Lean methodology, and my professional bible is “Rework” by Jason Fried; my personal one is “Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder” by Nassim Nicholas Taleb.

In my free time, I enjoy writing, reading, playing music, swimming, and travelling. Moreover, I am a football fan.

I believe that trying to be a small drop in the ocean is fundamental to improve our Country’s business culture: I am here to tell you everything about my experiences.
